This week, the good folks at WordPress.org released the 13th iteration of their amazing open-source content management software entitled version 3.0: Thelonious. Named after jazz legend Thelonious Monk, this version of WordPress comes with a number of neat new features beneficial to both overall organization and to customizable development. Recently my wife ordered a new pair of shoes from See Kai Run for our youngest daughter’s birthday. Unfortunately, when we received the shoes they were the incorrect ones. My wife was a bit perturbed, so I jumped on Facebook to see what kind of presence they had within one stream of social media. I found an active facebook page and immediately left a comment describing our predicament and disappointment.
